A position is opened when a building carrying public life is about to be repriced, and it is closed only when the building can no longer be sold against the people inside it.

An old factory on what was once the periphery of Malmö, now a hip neighbourhood, occupied by three internationally recognised performing arts groups running more than 150 events a year. The portfolio around it is described as transaction-intensive and opportunistic — our own words, read back to us. The position is followed from now until every window for negotiation has closed: either the obituary of a place that once produced culture, or a manual for obstructing your own extinction.

Girl Math
A valuation experiment: the household arithmetic dismissed as irrational — it was on sale, it was cash, the walk was free — applied line by line to the way a portfolio is underwritten. Reproductive labour, maintenance and the hours nobody bills are entered as assets. Where the two models disagree, the disagreement is the finding.
